1. Endurance Technologies Performance Club loyalty program is exclusively designed for its registered mechanic and retailer through Endurance Performance Club app.

2. The Performance Club loyalty program app can be downloaded from play store and used by any successfully registered mechanic & retailers after completing the registration process by filling up all required fields, submitting all mandatory documents as requested and adhering to all Terms & Conditions as mentioned below.

3. Endurance Technologies also referred (ETL) the final authority to approve or reject the Mechanic’s registration and no explanation will be provided in case of rejection whatsoever may be the reason.

4. All registered partner details all required details & documents will be validated after submission in the app.

5. Successfully registered partners will be enrolled in to the Performance Club app and shall avail the benefits that are designed as per the mechanics & retailers.

6. Performance Club program offering better pricing to end users which also provide loyalty benefits to mechanics on selected product of ETL which bears the ETL QR code.

7. The participant would be able to ern points basis the product purchased and QR scanned using ETL Performance Club app. ETL reserve the right determine the points earning applicability and mechanism on each product and accumulation of points under this program.

8. The mechanic can redeem all accrued points (up to 20,000 in one financial year) and can get the benefit of direct bank transfer in his registered bank account under the program.

9. If the user has entered his / her bank account information or any UPI Information and provided the other personal information, funds will be transferred directly to his registered bank account. ETL and or its affiliates shall not be responsible for crediting the amount in case wrong information has been provided by the user.

10. The Retailer will not be allowed to redeem Mechanic benefits and vice-versa as the program offers different benefits to different Mechanics using single platform and the details of the same will be communicated via a Marketing Communication section / Pop-up messages / SMS / e-mail from time-to-time basis.

11. The ETL Performance Club app and its points are valid till March 2023 and will be informed for extension if any.

12. Every ETL coupons carries variable points on it that are updated by ETL time to time.

13. The ETL coupon codes available on certain products shall be scanned / submitted via Performance Club app.

14. The successfully submitted codes will provide points as per the promotion running on it and the points shall be accrued in the app.

15. The eligible closing / balance points if any shall be carried forward to next year’s program if ETL choose to extend the program beyond March’24

16. The redeemed points will be transferred to mechanics within 2-3 days’ time from the date of redemption. However, redemptions may get delayed in extra ordinary circumstances such as lockdown due to pandemic or any act of God. ETL and its designated agency strives to release the payment at the earliest to its esteemed Mechanic in such scenarios.

17. In case if the Mechanic opts for account transfer, then valid bank account details must be submitted in loyalty app, in case of UPI / Paytm option the Mechanic must share his UPI number along with the UPI ID number proof (mobile app screenshot) on which his/her Paytm wallet is linked

18. ETL is not responsible for amount not getting credited in the bank account if the bank details & account number provided by the Mechanic is wrong

19. The points of all failed / cancelled redemptions which are more than 30 days old for whatever reason will be credited back into loyalty app.

20. ETL reserves the right to change full or any part of the program including points, slabs, gifts, and loyalty rewards etc.

21. By registering in this Program, you agree to provide your personal details to ETL which will be used for all program related purposes including contacting / messaging / pop-up notification and calling the Mechanic on the registered mobile number

22. ETL reserves the right to extend this program in select markets only and different states may have different point system against the same product coupons communication and ETL can change or withdraw the program at any stage without any prior notification

23. Every participating Mechanic is bound by the above T&C’s and all decisions taken by ETL with respect to any dispute will be final and binding

25. Only registered business partner can login in App, who are part of our business. We run a loyalty project for our partners and we have to credit and share the information about their incentive and business status for this purpose App is being used:- App access to collect data – • Geo location to confirm the store location of our business partners so that our executive could visit to store for meeting • Phone call - Our business support team get in touch with our partners • Camera – User has to scan product codes and he has to share the images also. Purpose of data collection – We have to run various schemes for our customers and organize events in their region, we have to reflect business status and redemption details that is why we collect the data. Data Sharing – We do not share the user data with any third party through App.
